    Is it true that you have to be Admin so you can fully control a Wikia page? Because it seems I can't delete something or add a temple for the notice, or else. At least, I can edit anything, add photos, and add some codes.

    The person who creates the Wikia page is the admin yes, if your not you got restriction regarding important options for the page and setup.

    All right then. Thank you for your candor. I just informed the founder about it. I am not sure if she knows how to change the roles, so I wait for her response.
