    its really good. i gotta say the gameplay is kind of like in between CoD and Metro. The story is very short but really good. Plus it has a apocalyptic atmosphere becasue everything is destroyed and people are fighting for survival. Its actually a great game with great multiplayer, and i personally recomend u give it a try. Great game....

    Anyway, pretty good game, justs needs fixing, and campain DLC that was rumoured.

    I was expecting a lot more responses, as their both PApoc games.:3

    It's actually pretty good, though it isn't really as much of a guerilla game as I'd imagine. It's alot of face to face combat, and not really the sabotage and assassinations you'd expect. On a scale from 1 to 5, I'd give it a 4 (5 Is like Assassin's Creed series and Metro).

    I liked the game. The maps were pretty big and how they added vehicles was nice.
    Did you hear that the 2nd one would be made with Cryengine 3?
    But sadly it will be released in 2014.

    I just played this recently and I really don't know what to say about this game. I'm not usually a 'hater' over games I don't like, but this time I think I'll indulge - I think it was just terrible. It rubs me the wrong way at every turn. And after I finished it I had to start a new game in Metro to wash the foul taste out of my mouth...

    I like the idea of the setting, with the US having been invaded and we take a role with the resistance, but the game itself just doesn't deliver a good story or gameplay to the setting, or even seem to try to (or maybe it just tries too hard and fails). It's just another very generic shooter (in my opinion so generic it makes the newest CoD look original), and I found it so boring. It just seemed like they wanted to take things from other games and throw it into one, with all the bells and whistles and explosions of CoD. But all it turned out as is a bland shoot'em'up with no depth...

    The story didn't make me feel anything for what was happening, or didn't even make me want the resistance to win in their battles. I sure as hell couldn't care less about them as I walked through their base, both before and after they were slaughtered. The characters were quite annoying as they just never shut up and talked throughout the levels, also them shouting out "I got one" etc. every time I killed somebody was weird. My weapons were replaced in almost every level, so finding the M16 ACOG I liked was pointless because it would just be replaced with a crappy SMG or something at the start of the next level. And the weapons sounded atrocious. Then to top it off they stuck us with toggled aiming. And the 'Wolverines' stadium was just kinda lame, hardly an easter egg but more like blatant rip off - like the rest of the game - painfully unoriginal. I could go on but I think I've said enough...

    I think it's a great setting for a game, but this game just wasted it...

    Certainly not worth the 9.60 gig it takes up on my harddrive.

    Meh,the story is really exciting but the campaign is really disappointing.
    Not only it is unbelievably short(6 missions,if i remeber well),but it also doesn't have an end.
    Moreover,the characters really are annoying and very "classic".
    Connor is the "tough-guy",the most important thing he says in the game is : "sons of bitch".
    Rianna "ok-they-are-enemies-but-we-have-to-understand-them".Nothing to add about her.
    There is a black guy,i don't remember his name,but,just like most of the black guys in films/videogames,he just dies.
    Hopper is the asian nerd-robitc freak guy.Doesn't do anything important.

    The multiplayer is really CoD-like,nothing to say.

    Hmm, played it for half-an-hour, but it's too "America" for me, with it's patriotism, the evil non-Americans, and the cliche characters... But maybe that's just me.

    Homefront wasn't very good it felt rushed. The multiplayer was ok but not great however I am curios to see how Crytek improves the game as they are developing the second one.

    Idk i found it interesting. Im not much into patriotism myself since i was born in russia and lived in two differnt other countries. Its kinda wierd for me. But i still likes it simce it was a change.

    Pretty crappy, good concept, could of been much better with a proper Guerillia war going on, more along the lines of RedDawn.
    Also, the Amerkians camp was crap, like that would of hidden them...

    Overall:
    Concept: 9/10 - Pretty cool
    Campaign: 3/10 - Short and massively linear and crappy overall
    MP : 6/10 - Generic
    Weapons : 5/10 - Generic, Same old, nothing done too well
    Game play : 7/10 - Felt Realistic, 'bout it
    Overall: 7/10 - Had lots of polish, but its like putting leather cream on Sandpaper, its not gonna make it leather
