How creative do you get in Minecraft!?

    I've seen people create things using materials that were completely irrelevant to the item they intended to make. Their creativity blew my mind, as they would create things such as toilets and fishbowls. What sort of items or objects have you managed to create in the Minecraft world, and what materials did you use? Where did you get the idea from? How difficult was it to create the object?

    Personally, I am not creative at all! It is hard to just look at blocks, put them together, and make a fishtank. I just can't think like that. I do sometimes treat the game like it is a blank canvas and my blocks are just the brush. hahaha but for little stuff like TV's I have to copy. :)

    I actually don't get really creative at all. Anytime I try I always seem to get stuck half way through and move on to something else. That's why I usually stay in Survival.

    I usually try to get as creative as I can with the game. Building simple structures makes the game a bit too boring. But making your buildings look complex does make it a lot more cooler to look at. But you have to sort of be artistic to do that.

    I'm far from creative when it comes to minecraft. That's why I'm strictly a survival mode player.

    Sometimes I'll try making cool stuff but it never works out. The closest thing I got to a cool structure was a giant toilet lol.

    I'm actually a really creative person but I seem to lose my creativity when it comes to Minecraft. The only "cool" thing I've ever built was a huge Ender Dragon and that was actually someone else's idea. Kind of a shame. I just stick to survival mode.

    Not very creative. When I watch a you tuber build something, such as Ethos man cave I followed after him and build a similar design to his. In creative, I like to build crazy and strange stuff.

    I don't usually let my imagination run wild, mostly because I believe that it'd be a waste of resources, and that's quite awful keeping in mind how conservative I can get.
    I do actually try to make these raft sort of things because they look pretty nice, and I do enjoy pretty things, but they are made mostly out of wood so it's not that much of a waste since wood can be found pretty much anywhere.

    I'm not that creative but i really love building houses and such. I love doing it on other games as well, so it only made sense to do it on Minecraft too.

    Yeah I have seen people do some amazing things in Minecraft, like these people made this USS Carrier and I was looking at it not even believing that it was possible to do on Minecraft. I am not very creative though, I can do a lot of redstone stuff, but when it comes to making something that will make people go "Woooow you made that?" I just fail.

    It really depends to be honest. Sometimes I just get builders block and only build something like a dirt house in a entire week, however sometimes I manage to think of an plan to build a castle, but never have the time to finish it.

    I try to be as creative as I can, but sometimes I don't really have time to build up big castles.

    I have been going super crazy on creative mode! I am currently in the midst of building an amusement park, working rides and all. I see other people building some pretty awesome stuff only, and am hoping my park will hold up against all these other awesome players.

    I like to just build and survive, I'm not too creative. I can't think of large projects very well off the top of my head. It's much easier for me to build as I go, and that makes for some random layouts.

    I always try to do something new with my creations. Something in the air, in the sky, on the trees mountains, burrowed into the ground. Always built differently and to my tastes. I look for inspiration in real world buildings.

    Depends really on what I'm building. If it's something big that I want to show my friends I would get 101% creative but if it's a shelter or a base I would just make something normal

    I don't get as creative as I'd like to. A lot of the time I start building something and I get about halfway through, and it just doesn't look the way I wanted it to so I leave a half finished building.

    I've definitely started to get more creative with the game, especially since I don't like playing in survival. Me and my siblings are actually working on our 3rd town/world. My sister already put in a hotel and bank and I've done a farm as well as a bakery :D

    I explore and express my creativity in Minecraft. I litter out ideas from my brain and build a lot in creative mode. I really like Minecraft because it's like my own drawing board.
