How do you name your Worlds?

Eh, usually mine will be something like "Homeworld" or "The New Frontier", or something like that. I try not to get too creative, because I usually spend a lot of time searching for a quality world before I start playing. So, I delete and create lots of new worlds at a time. So "New World" tends to be mine also. Sometimes I get very OCD, so when I find the perfect seed for me, I'll copy the seed number, and create a world called "Homeworld" or something.

 

I usually name my worlds "Brand new world" or "This won't last long" or something funny like that. I'm not exactly creative and the name is not important at all, at least for me.

 

I just name my worlds by a funny one liner, because I don't really care to spend the time naming my worlds with anything meaningful. Usually when I am creating a world, I am excited to get right into it so I don't spend much time at all trying to name the world, I just put down something and create the world.

 

I name them at first like "Survival #2" or "World #2" until I get a feel of the main biome I'll be playing in. Then I'll rename it to something like "Jungle World" or something else that'll help me know what it is.

 

I name it based off whatever I'm thinking of at the time of creating the world.
That way, when I rejoin at a later time, I can go, "Oh yeah, I remember thinking that thought that I thought back then."

 

Well for fool around worlds I usually call them "Testing" or "Poop" as I know what those mean. For the more serious maps I will give them names like "This is for real." Most of the time I just take the default name.

 

I like to use book titles for seeds and world titles. There's a lot of interesting ones and sometimes they even fit the title of the book!

 

I name a lot of my projects after what I plan to build in them. If it's survival, then I make a creative title like: One more night, etc. Fun titles get me more pumped to play and enjoy the game.

 

I just name them "Survival 1", "Survival 2", "Creative 1", "Creative 2", "Hardcore 1", etc.

 

I usually just bash the keyboard, and name it whatever comes up on the screen.

 

I just make up random but clever names for them. They're pretty much the most random names you could ever think of, but I don't like being plain about it. I tend to forget which world is which, but that's what I get for constantly moving onto a new world without deleting old ones that are perfectly fine.

 

After video game universes. I usually name mine "Hyrule", "Hoenn", "Johto", "Forget-Me-Not", etc.

 

Usually just World 5 because that was always the slot I played on when the game had save slots. I don't really know what will be in the world so I can't come up with a relevant name beforehand and I am way to lazy to come up with something after I've started actually playing.

 

Nothing special. I add numbers to make it easier to organize and recognize my worlds. I'm not a big fan of adding any special names to my worlds, because you rarely interact with the name anyway.

 

Usually I go with a random name, but if I feel the urge to go with something more fancy I use extraordinarily large words or a combination of words. Most of the time it's pretty dumb stuff .

 

I just give them a random name, whatever I think of at the time. I get bored of old worlds quick so it won't last too long

 

Depends, sometimes I really don't care to name them and I just name them something like "survival 1" or something like that, but usually I'll just think of something really random, for example, one of my worlds was called "Butt Stallion" because of Borderlands 2.

 

I usually name that something generic and then later rename them..

 

I name them based off of the plans I have for that world such as "Mining" "Survival" "Pixel Art"
