How many hours do you think you have played on Minecraft

I don't even really understand the game. Is there a story or objective or is the premise basically building and farming? I remember playing the co-op demo on Xbox 360 last year maybe and I had no idea what I was doing. I understand there are monsters that roam around at night and you can play with other people. Is that the gist of it?

 

I don't really know how long I've played on Minecraft but it has to be at least 100 hours. I think the only game I've put more time into is Skyrim. Minecraft is awesome and there is so much to do on there. Sometimes I'll get tired of it, but I always find myself going back to it. It's just such a great game with endless possibilities to explore and build.

 

Probably at least a few days or something in terms of hours spent playing it. Probably more. Probably.

 

I don't think too much. Probably something like 100 hours. It got a bit repetitive and the game lost its magic for me.

 

Something around 100-200 hours most likely. Not too much, but not very little either.

 

That's hard to answer because I lose track of time very easily when playing. If I had to estimate it, I would guess at least 150 hours. That's insane to play for a couple of days lightsout!

 

200+ I know that much.. I've only played mmo's as much..

 

Between the version on my PC, Xbox and iPhone... well over 200 hours. Most of that was on the Xbox, though.

 

A lot of people agree with you on this. The real objective is to prepare yourself for the ender dragon as he is the main boss of the game, though most people just like to build things and live a normal day. It's just like adult legos to me.

 

Let's see, I think it's about 200 - 300 hours roughly. I play daily and a few hours daily sometimes less. After so many years on this game, it's safe to assume that it's near to 300 hours. I never checked but is there a total playtime counter in the game?

 

Including AFKing for a bit I think around 500-1000 hours on multiplayer alone. It's extremely addicting although I don't play Minecraft as much anymore. I don't think I would've peaked 30 hours playing singleplayer alone, however.

 

I have spent days upon days roaming the lands of my first survival world. I was a teenager back then and I got sucked right into the game! I would start up the launcher as soon as I would come home from school and play it non-stop until bed time. If I were to measure all the time I've spent in minecraft, excluding all the videos I've watched of it, it would surely be more than two weeks of play time.

 

I'd say it's about 2000+ hours. I played since 1 patch before beta and I haven't stopped playing. I don't play as much as I used to play, but I still put in a few hours here and there. There used to be a time, where I only played Minecraft, so that's where most of the playtime comes from.

 

Several hundreds, easily! It's my most played game, despite having played APB for over 600 hours. Minecraft is the only game i've ever kept at for more than a year

 

Around 100-150 hours I think? I just started playing minecraft this January and I think I played it too much.

 

I've probably played around 400 hours in Minecraft cumulatively, but I'd say that's nothing in comparison to other games. I put 1,000 hours each into a Ghost Recon game, multiple CoD games, and a handful of other titles. I won't reach that mark anytime soon in MC.

 

No idea honestly. More than 200 hours probably. I am playing it for a lot of time.

 

A lot of time that I couldn't remember. It is just so much fun to play online with many people.
