How much more repetitive is it than God of war?

God of war only has a few moves. I like playing god of war. Is it more repetitive than that? This game looks great and my xbox comes Monday.

I've played Ryse and it is way more repetitive than God of War. God of War at least motivates you string combos together wheres in Ryse it's difficult to get more than a 2x combo.

The reason I liked GOW was because it would have scenes to break up the monotony. Based on what andrew's said here, looks like there isn't such thing.

All the fatality scenes give you a break from the action to enjoy the brutality. The sounds and voices are pretty awesome when you killing them. Its actually pretty easy to string some awesome combos together once you understand how the combat system is. I've gotten up to a 32x hit combo because you have to time your attacks and deflects, you cant just button mash or you will only get 2 hits in before they deflect you.
