I Think I Have Found The Way Out of Bronze

If you're good at something then go for it. Also have in mind that Teemo and Heimer aren't the best champions out there so you will have a lot of problems carrying any game so I would not recommend playing them if you want to really get ranked higuer. If you play only for fun then play wathever makes you happy ;p

Well what happened, did you get out of bronze?
imo the only way to get out of bronze is to just become better at the game and not act like a douche. It might take a while to get better but chances are that if you're in bronze, you deserve to be in it.

 

Your favorite champions are probably the ones you play better with, so you should go ranked with them because you feel more comfortable. Good luck! I hope you get out of Bronze.

 

Here's what you have to keep in mind.
1. Everyone in Bronze sucks. Your team and their team. The average Bronze player will lose more matches than they win, because the matchmaking system places them against slighly higher rated opponents to give them a chance to improve their MMR, and since they aren't good, they lose. What this means is if you want to get out of Bronze, you have to carry a team full of bad Bronzies.
So that means, you can't blame your team for losing. You went into the game knowing they were bad. Of course they are, they're Bronze. It is your responsibility to carry and win the games. You can't just outCS your lane opponent. You can't just win lane. You have to STOMP your lane and and go around the map killing everyone and taking objectives (note, I did not say "farm." This is what you do to win games: a. kill people, b. TAKE OBJECTIVES. Not farm wraiths, not B to finish your item. TAKE OBJECTIVES.

2. Since this is your objective, you either have to be WAY better than everyone else, or you have to be just moderately better than everyone else with a champion that can carry. Yes, I'm sorry, you have to play certain champs to get out of Bronze. For example, unless you're Godlike, you're not going to get out of Bronze with Garen. Garen is a good character who can win his lane. But you can't carry a bad team with Garen, unless you are a god. (and I'm serious, you have to assume your team is bad, because they probably will be). He doesn't do enough burst or consistent damage, and while he's tanky, he is relatively useless in teamfights (especially when his moves are on CD).
Play characters that A. Bronzies are known for not knowing how to deal with (malphite, akali, even teemo) or B. hypercarries that can roam the map and kill everyone (khazix, jax, fizz, etc.)

3. You have to tryhard. You can't screw around trying different builds, or trying new characters. You need to focus and play what you know works. And you HAVE to stomp your lane. If you're the jungler, you HAVE to gank successfully. If you're support, you HAVE to get yourself or your ADC fed (Yes you can carry from support, but again, only with certain champions--try leona or annie).

4. Maybe most importantly, you need to understand that raging at people does. not. help. at. all. Even if you are 100% right, it does not help. So don't do it. Even if someone rages at you first, you need to just mute them and keep playing.

5. Also keep in mind, Bronze is random. You will lose games. Sometimes your team will throw super hard. Sometimes YOU will make a mistake and throw the game. Sometimes your top laners will feed 5 kills to khazix before 10 minutes. Sometimes your mid laner will get pissed and intentionally feed. It happens. Just shake it off and try to improve your game. You will drop in rank sometimes (unless you're just way better than everyone). You may teeter between bronze 2 and 3 or something. The point is, as long as you win more games than you lose (which the vast majority of players do not do) then you will eventually get out.

 

Good tips. I will definitely refer to them when I play next time. I think that it takes a TON of dedication to make it that far though..

 

Yes indeed, unless they get lucky, get carried, or are just naturally gifted in the game, most new players will be stuck in Bronze for anywhere between 100-500 games before finally getting out.

 

Thanks for picking me, and i have to tell you, that teemo IS indeed a viable choice. Making your opponent crazy mad because he's facing a teemo and can't do much is priceless..

Harass, dont go for all ins, mushroom the whole map, and since there's no oracle now its even better. Build w/e items you want. win.

 

I hate playing against a Teemo top. It pisses me off so much. That little ***** can just shot you for 1/4 of your health and run away. You can't even farm. Anyways, unless you are supper fed you can still loose if your team is bad. Teemo instantly dies. I would go with Shyvana jungle.

 

I think that Heimerdinger is a fairly good pick right now but Teemo is a little iffy. You should just play the game to have fun and gradually you will get better at it.

 

Indeed he is really fast and really annoying with his blind ability but your spells should deal more burst damage than his whole hp. I know for a fact that yasuo can kick teemo's ass but not because of his windshield it's because he's got a huge amount of burst damage.

 

Bronze elo is the hardest of them all! It's harder than diamond and challenger elo.

I played on a friend's account in bronze, and I must say, I had quite a fun time. I don't know how people have thousands of games in bronze. It's pretty sad to see this. I think that the main reason why they're in bronze is because of their weak mechanics. If you need tips and you're in bronze, I would definitely recommend you to learn how to last hit. It's the number 1 most important skill in the game.

 

Can't go wrong with playing your favorite champions. I've seen people in Bronze try to focus on too many things to improve at once; I think it's a lot better if you just try to improve on one thing, like CSing or mechanics with a certain character.

 

That's exactly what I meant! The reason people are in bronze is because of their decision making mostly, and CSing and mechanics of course.

The main way I've found to get out of Bronze is to just turtle until lategame, then catch one of their carries trying to ward an area, then baron as 5 before pushing down mid to end the game. It works amazing and my ranked team is now Gold III because of it!

 

No matter what tactics you find or how good you are the game there's always the chance of being thrown in the same team with 4 noobs who will basically ruin your game. So, there's some things you will never be able to change.

 

If your team has a good team play you're going to win and stop blaming others with their mistakes just tell them what and not to do.

 

No amount of tips, imo, can help you advance. It doesn't matter how much you know about the game, you still need the muscle-memory to perform the actions.

I say, keep on playing, you'll get better, eventually.
