    I remember watching a you tube video of a guy doing a walkthrough on metro 2033 and he screamed when he was first attacked by a demon.

    I really don't like those scorpion things, they're pretty shit excuses for mutants in a horror game. WHERE ARE THE COOL MUTANTS AT?!

    Anyway, I know it's a bit late but don't you think it'd be cool if those sound effects of the mutant moving stopped and left you in dead silence when you turned around in paranoia and started again when you turned your back? That shit would be creepy as hell and would make it feel like you were it's prey being stalked.

    Edit: Why does the ghost disappear when he shines his light on it, shouldn't it be the opposite?

    Well the demons don't really scare me, i sometimes get surprised on the surface by the watchers, but I don't get like batskatt scared until I'm in the library. But i hate spiders and such, not like deathly afraid but ill probably be pretty freaked out and most likely scream on this level 0.0 but I can't wait, being scared skattless is awesome and half the fun of Metro :)


    P.S. who cant wait to explore the surface??

    Lol dude, the part where he was shooting at one like 'pop pop pop', I was going 'Oh I don't think so! I'd be spraying full auto like crazy at those things!!'

    And yeah Lurkers also got my heart pumpin, Defense and Child when they come from EVERYWHERE!!!! Oh no :'(

    Wernt acctually any spoilers IMO, the guy playing doesn't even do much, mostly just showing off the audio. The freaky freaky awesome audio......:)

    Same here. All gameplay - even if it's not story related -is a spoiler. I've seen enough through trailers and demos already to know that the game looks fantastic. I'd rather experience the rest on my own, in a dark room, when playing the game for the first time. :)

    The sounds are.... great! All of them are JUST as I would like it to be, and I have to promote that.
    Though otherwise I would not be too scared, the baby howlers scared the fuck out of me in Metro 2033 (the Blacksmith episode, I think, when you have to carry that kid around on your back). :/

    I really hated the part with the child. I rushed that level and the previous one too ! I get scared easily :eek:hwell:

    Metro last light looks even scarier than the first game, I don't know if I will be able to finish it :eek:

    The mutant models have changed. In LL they all look more scary and less like an animal you'd want to adopt and hug. :lol:

    That video above is funny, I have no idea if he was play acting though. Maybe I'm just a hard person to crack, as I didn't find 2033 scary at all. It did have some good suspense moments which had you constantly twitching to any ambient noise which I found great.

    I do hope there is a mission similar to child whereby carrying an infant left you vulnerable as your movement and balance changed purposely so that you were slow and off-balance. Getting attacked by a bunch of lurkers whilst trying to progress was difficult.
