    I got the Ven Helsing achievment yesterday by the usual way.
    Killing the mother deamon at her nest on top of the building
    As soon as the achievment popped, the little dark one starts in on me about what a horrible bastard I am for killing it. Most games I couldn't care less what the NPCs think about me. In this game, because the writing and voice acting is so good, I felt so bad that I reloaded to the last check point and played on without killing the deamon.

    Me at that point:

    *Walking mindlessly forward like a zombie apart from taking a short peak here and there and maybe exploring some corners here and there.

    Hears Demon's rawr, spins around in circles like a tornado.

    Finally stops spinning around, seeing Demon right in front of me flying off with another mutant.

    Baby Dark One goes "It's okay, she is not red".

    No shit.

    I got the good ending in my first playthrough wanted to get the bad ending on my second playthrough thought I was getting too many karma points but couldn't help but not kill the demon mom and baby and had to help the bear against those nosalises.

    How do you "accidentally" get the Good Ending?

    I loved the Baby Dark One, he was awesome.

    I didn't even noticed the little demon the first time. On my second playthrough i saw the mom protecting something, i ran towards her,she flew away and then i saw it. :p

    No, you don't have to shoot her. She will fly away if you get too close to the nest.

    Probably shouldn't have read any of this before finishing the game. >.>

    Still, after playing Metro 2033 for both endings, you become a lot more wary about killing things no matter how evil they might look in Last Light.

    when i got on the roof all i could think of was great now a iam an organic cat / bird toy and started to run till i saw the **** under mom i love the voice chats with the little one they rule

    in a way yes i was looking for info on 2033..but as it turned out it just made me like the game even more. also i did order 2033. i have played thru LL so many times now but i am still seeing and getting new things all the time bring on the DLC's:eek:
