So, I know this game will allow you to customize your inquisitor, or player character. You can select from a small range of races, classes, and physical features. I never had the chance to play the previous games, so I don't know much about the character customization. This is one of the biggest draws to a game for me, so I'm grateful it's included at all, but I am curious to know how extensive it is.

I know crafting is supposed to be a big deal in this game, so we'll probably see tons of options for weaponry, armor, etc.

I wasn't able to find any videos for Inquisition's customization options, so I'm left to speculate. Is anyone else big on character customization or is it just me!? This game looks similar to Skyrim to me, and Skyrim's customization was horrendous. It let you change a lot of things, but you couldn't really make your player character very, umm.... nice? I don't know the right words to describe it. It's like they went out of their way to make sure you couldn't make a normal looking character.

What are you looking forward to with character customization as far as any additions/changes? Do you like to make them as creepy as possible? Cute? (is that even possible!? We'll see.) Which race will you be playing as? For anyone who played the previous games, can you tell me if race even has any effect on skills/abilities or how your character is perceived in-game? If not, do you hope to see it have more impact in this upcoming installment?

Previous customization was horrible and to me this is like the ultimate reason why I like to play these RPG games to make my characters look good so that I can pretend everyone is looking at me going "He is so hot, I want him" Yeah! You know you were thinking it. I am not sure which race I will play as, probably be boring to start off and play as a human.

I've heard that they are diversifying the armors so that everyone can choose what they want to wear and mix and match. The previous games were a bit limiting and forced you to wear the clear best option rather than giving you a choice between the pros and cons of multiple gears.

I'm glad that they are making it where you can chose your race again. I hate playing humans when I play a fantasy game I want to be something fantastical. I do like to make my character look good, but its not such a big thing. I rather have a good story then a pretty character.

I am happy more choices are available, as in previous ones there was not real good ones. I would like to play as Dalish Elf again, in the first one that was my character. I was a rogue and could open chests, and set traps in the game during battles. Dalish race is independent and other races respect them most of the time, humans are biased on Elfs in the game. Some positive view and some do not view them as first class citizens.

I would like to see better armor which can protect character from arrows, and swords or axes in fights. The body should be able to last longer in battles. Durability should be longer and also, when hitting enemies should give them more damage.
