Is Steambot Chronicles an RPG?

    I was lucky enough to play Steambot Chronicles on the PS 2. It was a very fun game that let you so pretty much anything - invest in the stock market, play music, ride robots, court girls, play billiards, and talk to people. It was like GTA, Japanese style. But could this game also be considered as an RPG?
