Is there any Combat in a certain system?

    Is there anyway to force combat in a certain system? I know that you can fly around, and check the planets/districts to see if there are battles going on. But is there a way from either the Eve side or Dust 514 side where one can somehow kick off a battle at a particular planet/district? Or do these things just spawn randomly in Dust 514?

    Right now, there are three types of matches. Instant matches. These happen in Hi-sec. There is no way to interact with these matches, or control where they occur. Further, they have no effect on EVE. FW matches. These will tend to spawn where there has been a lot of FW plex runs. Planetary Conquest: These are started at the request of a dust soldier, when attempting to conquer another dust corporation's land
