I'm still pretty nooby and so my runes are not in any way built for jungling. As a result, the last time I tried jungling in a game (with runes set up for my AP characters >.<), I managed to piss off almost every one of my teammates because I wasn't leveling up fast enough, strong enough for ganks, etc.
Worst. Jungler. Ever. Haha. I enjoy using Warwick and Fiddles but I'd like to get better. What should I be selecting to enhance if I want to do the appropriate amount of damage?

As in most of my junglers same like Warwick I like to run movement speed quints, attack speed reds, Mr/lvl blues and armor yellows. I play ww for his CC and utility not his damage since it falls greatly as the game progresses. But going defense/damage depends on how the lanes doing. As a general rule with WW, until you are level 6, your focus should be leveling and not ganking, If your lanes cannot survive on their own, go and apply some pressure [steal some experience from the lane too;p]. When you hit 6 it's pretty much gank time pick a good lane to gank, go press R, kill or force the enemy to back push their turret, repeat. Just think the possibility or your 1.8 second suppress and another hard CC let's say Thresh hook which will keep somebody "stunned" for 1.5 seconds. In total of 3.3 seconds, whatever it was it's dead now :p.

I prefer Fiddle as support more than a jungler, but whenever I picked him I ran him with a general AP page like, Ap quints, magic pen reds, ap/lvl blues and armor yellows. Completely different style than ww, Fiddlesticks shines in teamfights, hide in a brush and ult the whole team fearing their AD is pretty much a free win. As for ganking same rules apply walk up the lane, fear the enemy drain him and let your lane kill him meanwhile.

p.s. i know you just asked for runes, but you mentioned you had trouble so i thought to write few ideas :p

Yeah, holy crap, thanks for all of the suggestions :3 I didn't really think about staying to level up to six in the jungle first, the team I was playing with was offended that I wasn't helping out and I was all BUT GUISE I'M ONLY LVL 3! They were not happy. haha
    And dat Fiddles ult....:D

Best summoner spell ever "mute" :p. You play solo-queue to make yourself better, let the other perish, even if you lose the game you can check your own performance and see how you did which I'm betting it would be AWESOME! :p.

If I could choose between getting feared from fiddle, or enduring TWO of his ults. I would choose the ults everyday :) [fiddle's true power = fear]

For jungling I usually take a lot of armor runes. That way I can sustain myself longer in jungling and maybe do more ganks.

There's a lot of different rune page options for a jungler. I'd suggest using a build/guide site like SoloMid for rune pages for each champion.

However there are some general pages that can be used any almost any jungler.

For someone like Nautilus/Skarner, I'd suggest the following:
    9x Attack Speed reds
    9x Armor yellows
9x Magic Resist per level blues
    3x Movement Speed quints

For something like Zed, Vi, or pretty much any AD champion I'd suggest this:
    9x Attack Damage reds
    9x Armor yellows
9x Magic Resist per level blues
    3x Attack Damage quints

As you can see, the defensive runes are standard. Armor yellows is almost a must for any jungler. Magic resist per level is very important as well, use them instead of flat magic resist runes because you don't need magic resistance early. Reds and quints depend on the champion, attack speed, magic penetration, attack damage are the most popular reds. For quints I always use movement speed, they are so useful, they help you to clear faster and gank easier.

Fiddle is the easiest to jungle you should play him just like you said.
And that's nothing, you should be glad you didn't start playing 1-2 years ago. Jungling was soo unforgiving back then. Basically if you didn't have top-notch masteries, good jungling runes, a build and route done by someone who knows the game you would just die or have to recall after the second camp. You also had a way smaller selection of champions that were decent at it.

Yeah it depends a lot of the character. I like to play carry junglers like Shaco and Master Yi, and I usually take full offensive runes/masteries. For tankier or more utility junglers you may want to try other things.
Keeping up when you're jungling can be difficult, but you have to keep in mind that you have to either be farming monsters or farming champions. If you're not doing either, you're going to fall behind. Don't waste time trying to force ganks that aren't there, you might as well just farm in your jungle.

Also, don't pay attention when you're team is complaining. Seriously just mute or ignore them. If they are giving constructive criticism that's one thing, but if they're just being rude and complaining, all they're doing is blaming you for their own mistakes, and blaming you for the fact they're losing lane. There is no reason to ever feed in lane, even if your jungler is bad, that's just you sucking.

You should be fine with armor and attack speed. Defense for the early levels and fast camp killing.

Always go for armor yellows because it reduces damage by A LOT. Blues can be magic resist or anything you want. As for reds and quints, I'd prefer flat attack damage.

The standard runes are enough for you, it's the masteries that you need to change.
    Standard Runes:
    Flat Attack Damage Reds
    Armour Yellows
    Flat Magic Resist/Cool-down Blues
    Flat Attack Damage Quints

If you have runes that somewhat resemble those, then you're set.
The masteries that you need to have are 15/2/13
Some people might think "Utility? I'm not a support, I don't need any utility!"
But in fact, due to this new jungle in Season 5, you actually need the utility now more than ever in order to survive your first clear of the jungle and get a gank.

With these runes and masteries, I can usually finish my red > wolves > blue with 75% hp left and I would go to my enemies' red to get a kill and get their red after (that would be the most optimal event but you'll have to be lucky since sometimes they'll get to red faster or they'll have started red without you knowing)

    For AD junglers I get:

    Flat AD marks
    Flat armor seals
    MR/level glyphs
    Flat AD quints
