Klefki...I'm still trying to figure out how they settled on using a set of keys as a Pokemon. Granted it is funny since I throw my brother's keys at him and pretend it's doing a quick attack, but it just feels like the artist was lazy. This is my personal opinion so sorry if you are a fan of said Pokemon. What other Pokemon designs do you think are lame/lazy?
I'm okay with Klefki, but my least favorite is probably the Bararacle line. That could have been handled a LOT better! I also used to despise the Trubbish line, but it's grown on me I guess.
Jigglypuff has to be the worst Pokemon design. What is it supposed to be some sort of fairy demon made out of campfire marshmallows?
Actually, Jigglypuff is a balloon, which they come out and say in the pokedex. It would explain why it can sing so long since it can take in air to inflate itself and so would use that air to sing without having to breathe for long periods of time.
It's been changing over the years. Currently, my least favorite Pokemon design is that garbage Pokemon released in Gen 5 or 6. I wouldn't mind having one, but seeing its design - ugh. Maybe I'll grow more fond of it in the future. But right now, it's the one I dislike the most.
Klefki, Garbodor, the entire Klink, Vanillite, and Voltorb evolutionary line. I could keep going on, but there's way too many to list. Sometimes I look at some Pokemon designs and have to ask myself how drunk and sleep-deprived the artists who came up with the concept were.
A lot of people say Klefki, and I have to admit that I agree. But then again, there are a lot of Pokemon that are not really inspiration incarnate. Like for example Voltorb, which is just a larger pokeball, or Pineco, which is just... well, you get the point.
Trubbish and Garbodor. They're just... so... ugly. I guess that's partly the point, but I can't stand putting either of them on my teams. Doesn't help that they're kinda subpar pokemon anyway. I'd add Dunsparce to this list, as well, but I'd have to figure out what the hell it's supposed to be first.
Holy Crap. Trubbish and Garbodor are the worst. I get that they are supposed to look like garbage, but who actually asked for a garbage pokemon. I'm not saying all Pokemon have to look cute or super cool, but jeez if they didn't go off the spectrum with those two. I don't even know why anyone would want them really.
