Okay, I'm not a person who complains very much but what is with the latest patch? I lost a motif because of the recent problems and even though I can buy another one, that's not the point. It seems like they just don't care when things go down and get around to fixing it when they can, what's up?

I think they have a limited amount of staff, and even of the staff only so many will have the expertise and experience to deal with a certain issue and there may be more than just the one issue they have to deal with. The problem really is how they choose to prioritize what to fix. Those staff know what should be fixed first, but in companies like EA it's high up management who care more about money who decide what should be fixed first. I know EA is an extreme example, but it still happens everywhere.

You're right. And I know that we never know what all goes on behind the scenes somewhere, the problems they have, etc. It just seems to me that they are less "on it" than other games, which is going to hurt them in the long run.

I understand where you're coming from, but there is also another angle to look at. While they are trying to fix this bug, they are also trying to fix a few others, develop new content and do huge amounts of behind the scenes work (servers, framerate and all that). Give them a little time to figure out how to solve the problem and I'm sure it won't be a problem for long.

You have a point. Furthermore I realize that we never comprehend what all happens away from public view some place, the issues they have, and so on. It simply appears to me that they are less "on it" than different diversions, which is going to damage them over the long haul.
