HI guys, how often do you encounter LoL rage quitters? I've been finding a lot of them honestly and I'm quite sick and tired of them because eventually my team lose the game as we end up being 4v5.. what about you?

I hate it pre-game when they're already fighting for roles in ranked and we eventually get two APs or something and the game turns to s**t. Not only do I encounter rage quitters I find them turning into ugly gaming trolls and feeders.

I have encountered rage quitters, but I have not seen one in a while. I actually have a friend that is a frequent rage quitter and does not hesitate to leave the match (sometimes with me in it) if he feels it is a loss. I haven't played with him in a while, because I avoid toxic players, even if I know them.

Lately, I have been getting more false rage quitters. These are the people that will claim to quit just to get attention, but still keep playing when they realize no one else cares.

LoL can get extremely frustrating just like any other MOBA. I play lots of DotA 2 and I really want to ragequit sometime, but I just try to endure through the match rather than going into low priority later. I don't know how LoL handles leavers, but if it's any simmiliar these leavers will get punished so you shouldn't really worry about it.

Hahaha, just today I've encountered a rage quitter. It was Olaf. He gave first blood to the enemy Gnar, and he suddenly said "GG IM AFK BYE"... alright? He came back after 20 minutes, he saw that we lost, and he went afk again... really? GG EUNE. xD

Dodging games gains elo kids, you can tell the ragers in pre game chat and op.gg them to see if they are tilting, just dodge trust me its worth the 3 lp.

Not so much. This season I had a little bit of a fall out and I started playing only since the start of July. I have 150 ranked games at the moment and I didn't encounter too many afk/quitters, although I can't say anything about flamers since I mute most of the people in my games.

I'm doing the same right now, muting the flamers and the kids are just the way that it should go because they are really make you upset with those nonsense rages and always caps locked text.

Yeah, hearing people blaming me for stuff really puts me on tilt and I can't focus anymore. I think LoL is a game designed to play as a team but you perform better if you mute everyone.

LOL is by far the worst for rage-quitters. I don´t play competitively and I don´t play enough to take it too seriously, so I just think it is funny when people go all ragey, and then go afk.

It's not funny when you try to play your game in peace without kids yelling and trolling because you don't do what they're telling you to do though.

I find it a lot when I'm smurfing and at lower elo. After you get to gold you barely see them.

I used to rage quit a bunch back when I was less mature. It's just one of those frustration things that was difficult to overcome. I'd like to apologize to all the players in the games I ruined. Now, I can't stand rage quitters. I only see it happen at the lower levels, so I don't deal with it too much anymore.

I hate rage quitters and especially in Draft Queues. Those type of Qs last a lot and if there's some kind of "scared-by-the-enemy-amumu" guy in a team, he will usually quit. I hate it when I spend a lot of time in a Q just for a guy to decide to press X and leave. I don't mind it that much in game, I simply hit the report button whether I win or lose.

It happens to me more often than I would like, but that's just how it is with Mobas sometimes I guess.
I'm guilty of leaving too, but I usually have a good reason for it instead of just raging.

This is one of the biggest problems I have encountered lately. Especially when I'm trying to have a match with some friends, we would always end up behind because the fact of one stupid random quitter, sometimes, we are able to turn around the game even 4 v 5, but most of the times we end up losing.

Rage quitters are one of the worst things in LOL. It's frustrating how they can totally jeopardize the entire team. But oh well, i guess it's become part of the game now.

I don't see much of them anymore at higher tiers. I think lower tiers consist of a lot of people just testing the game out so they are less attached to their accounts and to the game itself so I find it a bit more understandable to expect it to happen at the lower levels.

It's an unfortunate aspect of any online game. It's pretty much impossible to police as well. All you can do is really just play with those that you know are good players who don't quit in games. Unfortunately, that is now always possible with the way the matching system works.
