Lore

I personally think that it is always good to know a little bit deeper about the game and its characters, I do like reading lores and finding out facts about the characters and that kind of stuff, however I believe that it might become something boring for many of the players since all we want is have fun and play, most of us do not have enough time to read about characters or anything else.

 

League has lore, but it's not very extensive. They don't go into much detail about any of the champions. Which is fine, but I wish they put a little more effort into the details.

Most Mobas are this way. Although SMITE is incredible detailed in their champions costumes, which is actually based in the mythology of that specific god. It's pretty good, I saw a matpat (gametheory) video about it awhile back, he shows how far they went for specific gods, and it's really interesting.

 

I love lore and I think they're trying to improve it, though it's obvious it's not on their bucket list. It's always fun to read some Lore, I love the characters.

 

I usually like reading some lore as it gives me a better sense of the champions and the game itself. However they still have a lot to work at least on this topic, if they want to be competitive with game developers like Blizzard for example, on this aspect.
