I had this idea to make a village inside a ravine. I couldn't find one I liked....and then I stumbled upon this one and bam! :D

It's under ground though so I have to build little glass tunnels to the top so that the villagers see the doors as doors. All the houses are furnished but I've only done one side so far ha ha.

They have a nice beach (with waterfall), a farm, and there's more to come!

This one's pretty neat too but I like the underground village more.

That's a cool project! But I have to admit the ravine looks a bit plain. Have you considered adding some different blocks to make the build prettier in a way?

I also like how you put grass in the mineshafts! Quite ingenious.

I've always enjoyed seeing the builds you've posted, and this one is as good as the others. Keep it up!

Nup, I want it to look like it's carved out of the stone. Inside the houses has carpet and wood and things but outside I want to remain plain :). I will be adding way more gardens and grass though, so it will be spruced up a fair bit. Probably a few trees too.

    Thank you! :D

Soartex Fanver :). I can't use others or the MC one because it gives me a headache and eye strain :/.

Whoa! That looks amazing! A little bit dark though but it's a ravine so who cares. Awesome! If only I'm not too lazy I'd be making something like this, but it's not going to happen because I am lazy.

You're really good at building things aren't you? I love seeing your posts, you should do more. By any chance do you have a Youtube channel or something? I would love to watch you build something like this on video.

To be honest, I can imagine a timelapse of anything underground could be quite difficult, especially considering lights in the roof

That's really cool. The only thing I did anywhere similar to this is I made my house in a ravine one time, and it took a lot of doing, but it was well worth it. I can't wait to see what else you put into this project :D

Wow, that is really cool! I enjoy building underground cities. An overground city is cool, but underground ones are the best. Our city was underground, and it had a secret entrance through the lake so that none of the fighting factions in our area could discover where we were located. I really like the organization of your city, it looks very neat.

Zombies are going to get those villagers o_O I tried doing a ravine project myself, where instead of a village I just made a sort of apartment complex. Each room had a different theme. I got bored, though, and never really did finish it. I think that was one or two maps ago for me.

A bit dark perhaps but a good looking ravine nonetheless. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing your pictures.

Pretty ingenious design with the vegetation in the stone tunnels and all that, liking the mining tunnels and the house designs, very awesome. My designs were more along the lines of "every climate in one" sort of thing, so I used to have a house on water on the beach, a house on the mountain nearing the beach with a huge tree on top of it and a mine underneath the mountain and stuff like that :)

That's pretty awesome. I bet that makes taking care of mobs pretty easy. Dangerous though. Ten points for ingenuity. I think I'm not coordinated enough to be able to make that work without just constantly dying. Love it though! Nice job!

Wow, that looks awesome. I didn't expect it to be fully inside. I thought it was going to be an open ravine to daylight. But this just looks even better than what I anticipated!

It looks really good. I can see a lot of work spent into it. It is a bit dark and somewhat gloomy though, but that can be used to set up a mood. Good job!
