    Komodo,is the game running well with you?
    Is there an option for russian voice overs and english subtitles like in Metro 2033?

    Yes, it runs fine so far. The only option I had to change is setting the motion blur to "low".

    Yes. There are at least half a dozen different text and audio settings available.

    There's a dedicated throw button, not sure what it is on PC but on Xbox it's the right bumper. You assign one of the 4 thrown weapons from the tab function to the throw button.
