Well you got I'm guessing you're talking about LL right? Well you got everything correct; you have enough more than enough ram, dual-core processor, and Direct X version 9.0, but the Radeon HD 7670 m I'm not to sure about. I looked it up and it is able to run Metro 2033 at 800 X 600 on low setting with a high of 60 FPS. You can see the rest of the benchmark here http://www.notebookcheck.net/Metro-2033.35170.0.html. Running Metro Last Light is what I'm worried about. It seems that integrated cards won't be able to run LL, which is a good thing for you because the 7670 isn't integrated, right? Anyway, if it could run Metro 2033 at 800 X 600 at low settings at 60 FPS, there's a chance it can run LL but at a very frame rate since everything will be A LOT crisper than is predecessor.
Here is some requirement I found today for both minimum and recommended requirements. Hope this helps.

----------Metro: Last Light Minimum System Requirements------------
OS: Win XP (32-Bit only), Win Vista, Win 7, or Win 8

CPU: 2.2+ GHz Dual Core CPU or better

    RAM: 2GB Memory

GPU RAM: 512MB DirectX 9, Shader Model 3.0 or better graphics cards

GPU: GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB, GeForce GTS 250

    DX: 9.0c Direct x

Extra: Metro: Last Light utilizes NVIDIA 3D Vision with compatible cards and hardware.

----------Metro: Last Light Recommended System Requirements----------

OS: Windows 7 or Win 8

CPU: 3.0+ GHz Dual Core CPU or any quad core processor

RAM: 2GB (is this a typo? Maybe 4GB/8GB) memory

GPU: GeForce GTX 480 and above - Needs to be DX11 capable

    DX: 11 Direct x

No, the 7660 is intergrated. I can run 2033 on very high 800x600 with a high of 40fps

Damn.. I accidently double posted; hope the Mods can remove that. Anyway, my mistake; I must have read it fast.:derp: 40 FPS in considerably good. I found your card here http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html and its above the minimum requirement, the GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB, so that's a big ++. hopefully that answers your question. :)

Well if you can run the game on high as a low res and 40fps you can run LL on medium at about the same fps. Remember that it's being optimized.

I have gone on a site that compares it. And it says that my graphics card is 8% less powerful than the minimum. And if the game has a minimum res of 1024x768 I will never be able to run the game.

Okay I'm going to ask and say a few things. What site did you use?

Also I can't believe the specs a device posts. For far cry3 the optimal settings say you need a 680+. I run the game and I get no frame rate drop. Half way through the game I check the settings to find the game is already on optimal settings. (Might have to do with my graphics card being stock overclocked and about as good as a 690.

I believe he used the program Pew linked to use. But remember the minimum specs are normally for 720p or so. I'd say you're probably all right on minimum with that card, as long as you turn off dx11 and don't use dx 10 effects. :)

But a dual core cpu is FAR MORE concerning. Bf3 and crysis 3 don't even SHOW some charecters with those. YES ENTIRE CHARECTERS.
