    so I have this story quest in Moonshade where I have to disrupt an npc called Shadebound Monstrosity, but he's not there. The location is Stonekey Court, the mission is "The Churning Fates", im Defiant. I have checked the spot 3 times, waited many minutes, checked on videos on web and the place is correct so I guess something is wrong. Is it bugged?
