Heres my list of the top five most powerful NPC's (IMO) 1.VIVEC-palace of Vivec, VIVEC 2.Dagoth Ur-Dagoth ur's citadel, Red mountain 3.Divayth fyr-Hall of fyr, Tel fyr 4.Umbra-Near Suran 5.Draramu Hloran-Abanabi, SW of Sadrith Mora NE of Tel fyr (she's only powerful because she wields Chrysamere, and her cave is guarded by atronachs)
