    A co-op campaign something like L4D, where 2-4 players battle mutants in the tunnels/on the surface would be nice, but I think the SP should be the focus, otherwise you end up with something like Stalker where the MP just feels tacked on.

    Co-op in the campain aswell as a horde mode would be nice.
    But I don't realy like regular mp other then maybe search and destroy and conquest. But no free for all and capture the flag as they feel pretty standard and unmetroish.

    I'd like co-op and the options to do it with split-screen, system link, and online, so that everyone can enjoy it.

    I voted horde mode, simply because I loved Nazi Zombies, and in a metro environment... Damn :p

    I would say something like a planetside battlefield multiplayer. Have some tunnels and some hall ways connected to them. Then have some points and two teams try to push the other team all the way to their base, and have some mutants in the middle or something. Some what large maps with lots of people. Have more guns and stuff. Customization and things like that.

    BUT try to make a epic single-player THEN focus on things like this and multiplayer.

    Co-op campaign would be so awesome! It would be great with other friends, just don't turn side missions into something like spec ops...Metro>CoD

    Versus Would SUCK!

    A PvP multiplayer would just stear the game away from being about the story and turn it into the usual CoD Shit filled with sweaty tryhards!


    But those are just my thoughts.

    Well it's already confirmed that there is going to be co-op. Hopefully some story, but i'd also like to see something like when you were in the children of the underground. One guy on machine gun, leader who can perhaps buy upgrades and things for the squad. Then the guys out watching the tunnels. Maybe even simulate what it's like fully for this to happen, the alarm systems and such?

    a horde mode would be good, maybe you could clear out sections of the metro and it would effect single player by lowering the number of mutants you meet in that area of the story.

    team death match and conquest could work. it could be the communist's and fascist fighting to take over a station. but coop is my main bet

    coop missions should be great fun with friends but this idea need very hard mode + many missions

    I voted Multi-player, if it does not have a great multi-player modem I would not see a good reason to purchase unless it is one of the $5.00 games on steam. The only time I ever play campain would be if my internet was down.
