    Do you listen to music while playing? and what genre do you most listen to? :)

    Yep. Uhh genres, almost everything. Main genres might be japanese power metal, kpop and 90s music though.

    I don't listen to any music, I even have the game's music turned down. Reason for this is I want to hear the pings used by my teammates, as sometimes those are hard to notice on the overcolored minimap.

    When I really want to concentrate on the game, especially in ranked matches, I don't listen to anything except the sounds of the game. But when I just want to have fun, and I don't really care if we win or lose, I enjoy listening to music, I prefer the rock genre.

    As edesapa said, I usually don't listen to music during serious games; however if I'm playing solo and just mucking around then I do love something fast paced like house/dubstep to keep me amped up during the game. However, I usually play with friends and music and Skype calls don't usually mix very well. I guess it just depends on the situation haha.

    I actually don't play music during games as I can't really focus on what's going on. Especially since most of the time I play League these days, its with a friend of mine over skype, I just don't see a need to play music. Even I just played solo, I don't think I would either. League is a game where I'm not good enough at to where I can on "auto-pilot."

    I listen to music during all of my games. It gets me in the mood and makes the game more fun, whether I'm doing ranked or not. It depends on the champion, to be honest. When I play Teemo I like to play Dragonforce because it's both humorous and makes me take more risks, which is part of Teemos only way to win. Otherwise it's a mixture of rock, opera, techno, or whatever happens to be on. Sometimes musicals! I don't need anything in particular, just something for the background.

    I dont think it's a good idea to listen to music while playing, because then you can't hear pings and are generally a bit unaware of the maps. This is a personal opinion though, music never helps me

    Sometimes I do listen to music while playing games but it might be distracting and takes you out of the focus. It's not that great for your brain though, as it requires a lot of effort to listen and do at the same time.

    Listening to music while playing League seems like a very common thing to do. A lot of pros do it as well, you can see if you watch their streams. It keeps you comfortable and helps you enjoy the game. For the people who complain about not hearing pings: there's a reason why we invented a volume setting.

    I really enjoy listening to music while I play LoL! However sometimes I lose focus on the music and concentrate on the game more. So sometimes, I feel like I don't even hear the music.

    I listen to videos in the background while I play, and they're mostly gameplay videos of other games. I'll watch in between moments of action or between matches, too, obviously.

    No never, I have to be concentrated when I play LoL especially if I have to coordinate myself with the other teammates. I find it bothering and disturbing to play such games with music.

    YOu play in ranked 5s or are you jsut talking about normal games? I can't play the game without music, but I also don't talk much during games unless I am calling out something. I need it to keep my rhythm going lol.

    I do listen to music while I play LoL, it helps me relax a little bit. I lower the volume though and I mostly listen to Chillstep/chill songs.

    The heaviest and angriest metal, the planet can offer. Suffokate is a good one., Lorna Shore, Make Them Suffer. Orrrr, I know... this is going to be quiet the change in the opposite dirction... "Deep Focus" playlist on Spotify. XD. Haha I absolutely love that list. This Will Destroy You is another phenomenal "chill" group to listen to :).
