Tldr; + rating at the end.

Iron Docks- My first Mythic Dungeon. Went in with a few friends, IL way probably around 680 average. Being my/our first time, we took it slow at first. Slow and steady ended up being the way to go. Focus on {skull} and keep it interrupted, down it fast. Keeping a calm attitude and going steady was what it took, and we had fun. I don't think we wiped on any boss and I took risks on the last boss, running back to him as fast as I could lol. We ended up with 2/5 people left alive but we knew we had it all along.

Skyreach- The next one I did, I joined a pug group. They had removed their first tank before even clearing the trash to the first boss, should've been a warning to me. Then everything gets pulled and each of them (besides myself and the healer, even though I was popping all my CD's) proceeds to die 3x each before the trash wave ends. We get to the boss and kill it w/ 3/5 alive. We then attempt the next trash mob.. 3x wipes later I get the boot for "bad tanking." (Me, IL 696, 12/13N HFC -.-). Will continue Skyreach story later. (Healer was 664 in PVP gear btw).

Everbloom- This is where I started leading the groups (easiest dungeon first). 680+ groups for decent players (N-H BRF and people with caches/questing in Tanaan). Like I said in Iron Docks, slow & steady, calm attitude'd groups. Here for fun and semi-hard dungeons. Only wiped once on the Triplets Boss and once on the end boss (because NPC's pulled and 2/5 got 1 shot before they knew it). It was enjoyable and we immediately decided on our next dungeon. Only comment: so much trash, omg.

Auchindoun- Another easy dungeon. I think we cleared this w/out any problems. Think our healer died on the Fire Demon boss but no wipes. Enjoyed the dungeon thoroughly.

UBRS- Some had to go so I got a friend-healer and a new DPS. Thought we needed a harder challenge so we did UBRS. Not a bad dungeon, 0 wipes, had fun.

Bloodmaul Slag Mines- Had to go for a bit so entirely new group of pugs. Slow & steady, calm attitude, here for fun. 0 wipes, trash had SO much health but we got through it, just took time.

Grimrail Depot- Again had to go, so whole new group. Made it to the train just fine but this rogue died on the first boss and would continue to die EVERY pull until the very end (even when there was no trash, he died to fire, lol). And then we had the hunter barrage the train car w/ 3 Gunners but my epic tanking skills and the great healer, we managed. I don't think we wiped on any bosses either.

Shadowmoon Burial Grounds- Kept the same group (including rogue and hunter), just replaced the healer who had to go. Only boss that caused problems was the first one, we survived w/ 2/5 though and it wasn't a wipe. Rogue died to the end boss, was funny, he wasn't even in the shadowness LOL.

Skyreach Part 2- I thought having a boss down (on mythic raiding, kill 1 boss, you're saved and nobody else you group up with can do it), might ruin recruiting. It was slow but I got a group, got back in, all 4 bosses were alive, so that's nice of Blizz. Anyway, this dungeon is OP. Trash is AIDS. We got back to the trash I was kicked at. There's an entirely new add not in N/H/CM's and it SUCKS. I think it's the only new add I've seen in all 8 dungeons. The trash had a healer, stun, flash grenade, horrible AOE, a knockback- the works. I had to pop all my CD's and the healer was sweating but we got it. The next problem we had was the Giant Bird boss. It's not as bad though, but I think we got it because she forgot to spawn an add before her first feather AOE. After that though, we cleared the place EzPz, Lemon-Squeezy. But yeah, that trash pack + the Bird Boss cost us like 5-10 wipes, so horrible. Place is WAY overtuned compared to the others.

Overall, I liked the difficulty returned to the dungeons. It's what was missing from the WoD dungeons a week after they came out.

Tldr; Really had fun. Dungeons benefitted from returned difficulty. Skyreach BLOWS. Take your time, steadiness wins the race, have fun.

Yea, I enjoyed them. You overgeared the place a little bit at 680, try them at about 665, and they can be pretty dang challenging.

Yea, skyreach is evil. Second boss takes a lot of throughput from the healer, but isn't complicated. Bird boss is only evil if you're silly enough to kill the adds. There's really no point in touching them, the boss doesn't hit hard enough to worry about an enrage. Rather annoying mechanic though.

But the trash, yeesh. Lots of health, and plenty of random healing. Diverse healing methods too, that take some knowledge to actually do. There's a flash heal, group heal totem, aoe heal, and even a full heal if some other mob isn't killed first. Meanwhile they've got an absolutely dreadful aoe that's rather strong, and really easy to miss. 150k damage per tick that isn't noticeable is a real joke. Combine all that with some weird cc and random crap flying around and it's a real pain.

None of it was too difficult for us numbers wise, though it seemed we were roughly at the level of the dungeon. Wonder how lower ilvl groups would go. But sheesh, stay out of skyreach.

The problem is that most DPS do not notice a difference, so they just do the same stupid stuff they did in regular, and then blame the tank or healer for wipes.

I don´t like the idea of mythic dungeons being added as a difficulty level for that reason. People have been running them for a long time, and ifyou aren´t the tank, you just don´t see the difference until wipes. If they are new dungeons that are harder than the previous ones, then the DPS are a little more careful.
