    One possible solution:

    1. go to / users / %username% / AppData / Local / 4AGames / MetroLL / 410000004100000 (numbers might differ);
    2. open user.cfg with notepad;
    3. search for r_api line and then change it to:

    r_api 0
    or
    r_api 1
    or
    r_api 2

    Where:

    0 - Dx9
    1 - Dx10
    2 - Dx11

    Switching to DX9 fixes this issue for some players.
