Noob here...question about Talents

    Believe it or not, I just started to play WoW and I have a question about Talents. They are specific to the character, right? What are the limits as far as how often you can add Talents? A friend of mine told me that it's every 15 levels, is this right? Thanks!

    That would be correct, this is a good example. I pulled a Shaman since I already run one in game. I have three 90s right now, 2 bank toons and a few others that I just got bored with (the Worgen for example, and the Monk believe it or not).

    Talents are indeed specific to the character. While all 3 CAN work for every spec, there's generally better talents to take for different specs you are. For some classes, like Monk, you actually take the same talent build every time.

    A quick google search should give you a good idea what the good builds for each class and spec are
