I am a fan of Russian fiction and have read the greats (War & Peace, Crime & Punishment, etc.) but one of my favorite series by a recent Russian author is the "Night Watch" series by Sergei Lukyanenko ... has anyone read those? If so, let's discuss!

If you have other recommendations for Russian authors please share them here :)

    Thanks!

Yeah, I've just begun reading the "Night Watch" trilogy, they're pretty good. I found it a little too fast-paced compared to my experience of other Russian literature, though.

My other Russian favorites are "Roadside Picnic" and "Metro 2033". I'd love to have a few more to add to my list, so any recommendations?
