Lately I have found myself having a really bad time while playing instead of just having fun. This game has become nothing else than a place for trolls, and I don't believe my nerves will keep up with it much longer.

Because of all the rage quitters, kids of 13 swearing all over the game, polish guys and the way the administration is not banning anyone who breaks certain rules, I'm seriously thinking of quitting it for good. Does anyone here feel the same?

I stopped playing because it's both hard to get some quality time in and because I just burned out. The flaws are there, youve really gotta love the game to stick through it.

The ragers and trolls can destroy games. I just accept that it happens and try to let it go as much as possible. There are the good matches that keep me in.

You'll be aback after a while. Everyone comes back eventually. Take a break and recharge those batteries. You'll be itching to get back soon enough.

Trolls are everywhere and in every online games out there. That can't be help. I guess you just have to ignore them any way you can and do your own thing. If you enjoy the game don't let the trolls drive you away from playing it.

You could just take a break for find a team to play with regularly so you don't have to deal with the public. For me that's the best option because if you like playing the game then you should continue and not let the trolls ruin it for you. Instead you could just steamroll them with a premade team.

There's no need to worry about those guys or even care of what they do/think/say. Just mind you play and even if you lose, at least you know you did your best. Nobody is bound to lose forever, so you will eventually win, even with polish flamers on your team. I personally don't mind kids and flamers in this game and I am very happy with everything I do while playing.

Yeah, that's why I don't play League as seriously as before. I had a lot of fun last weekend when U.R.F was online, I actually had fun playing League which has been rare for the past couple of months.

Take a break then. Maybe stop playing for a few weeks and try again. You'll get a calmer head when deciding, and you won't let the trolls affect you as much because you've been away for that long. Just play the games afterwards, it's really great if you don't care about the other people and just focus on improving your game.

I can see how you can get discouraged because of a bad community. Take a short break and come back to it though. Maybe stepping away from the game for a while will let you appreciate what made you love it in the first place when you come back.

It is just part of the gaming community. You will have them no matter which game you play. Outside of better policing by moderators, just ignoring them is the best way to go.

Take a break and play some other games. The MOBA community will always be rather toxic. Don't let it get to you.

As everyone is suggesting here,, Take a break and relax your mind. Everyone has their tilt days you just need to control it. It can be really frustrating when you have teammates that troll but don't let that get the better of you. Just ignore them and do what you're doing. Often times, I feel like quitting as well because lately most of the promo games I've played have been matched with people who are either boosted to lvl 30 or people who have no idea on how to play. Try to find people who you know are good and que with them. It's always best to play with a premade then 4 randoms.

Yeah, I can definitely see where you're coming from. When a game starts going from being fun to feeling like a chore, its time to change things up.

If you still enjoy league, you can always just play casually, meaning no ranked and maybe more ARAM.

You can also switch over to a few of the lighter mobas, Heroes of the Storm, for example, has generally much shorter game times than league and also feels like a more casual, laid back game.

It is an unfortunate aspect of MOBA games. I think it's a problem all across gaming. MOBA just has a ton of players, so you are going to have a percentage of bad apples. It is just best to ignore them as much as possible.

A break is usually all it takes to recharge the batteries. I think most people say they will quit, but they all end up coming back eventually. Unless they get into another game, they likely will just come back after a break.

After years of playing I can tell you that once you're more calm regarding the bad situations you will be back to play again, but it really takes up a lot of your time so my suggestion would be to quit it for good. It is a love/hate relationship that you will find yourself in with the game and honestly it isn't really worth it.

I do feel the same, I had played 5 consecutive games and my team ends up just having three players since two of them were kids who left the game because they weren't doing good. Instead of quitting, I just enjoy the game more. We had this game where there where only three of us and luckily the two players left with me were the ADR and the Xin Zhao playing jungle. I don't know how it happened but we managed to still win the game.
