All you toxic bastards are getting unbanned/chat restricted and you can get your end of the year rewards again (Well unless you get re banned by the end of the season) All praise riot!

I really like the new system - I heard a lot of good things about it. People are getting banned really soon after they get reported, that's amazing. They need to fix the broken champion though.
