    So I saw some of this on YouTube. It looked weird.. but it also looked kind of neat. What do you guys think of Pixelmon. If you don't know what Pixelmon is, I'm sure you could probably guess that it had something to do with a combo of Minecraft and Pokemon.

    Whoa that would be a game I'm willing to spend money on! Pokemon has always been a classic favorite of mine so when combined with Minecraft...:eek: greatest game ever.

    I actually don't really like Pokemon that much. In my opinion y the things you do in it get a bit repetitive. I actually played it first on my calculator after I got a GBC emulator on it. Well, combined with Minecraft may be a good idea though.

    I don't know, it sort of goes against Minecraft's original idea of being a survival game, and catching them all doesn't really seem like that great of a thing to do in Minecraft, and while it may be a nice modification for some people, it just doesn't quite appeal to me!

    It's...alright I guess. Not a great game combination. I mean, it's a neat little thing to mod into the game, but as Drellius says, it sortt of takes away the point of Minecraft, and then also does away with the best part of Pokemon, which was never catching all the Pokemon, but cutting your own journey across the land, challenging trainers as you go.

    Doesn't seem like many of you like the look of it :/

    I totally love Pixelmon, me and a few buddies will play it together every now and then. I think it's an awesome mix between two games that I love! Especially when you start to get into things like crafting and creating Pokemon from fossils.

    Try playing it on a big server too, they often have gyms and even Pokemon leagues!

    It looks fine. Although, I don't know if I'd quite like the idea of Pokemon mixed with Minecraft. It just seems like a weird combination that shouldn't really be mixed.

    I've seen and heard of Pixelmon before. If you don't know, it's Pokemon on Minecraft! It's pretty awesome! I might decide to check it out some time soon.

    I played it before. It was pretty fun, but nothing really to write home about. Could have been better but that might be beyond the limits of the mod

    I think Pixelmon is a great mod. If you're into Pokemon, there is a large chance you'll be into Mincraft Pokemon. Pixelmon adds lots of Pokemons into Minecraft, however there may be some Pokemon missing. The multiplayer feature is also a great addition, you can battle other trainers or trade with them.

    How do the battles work in it exactly? Does it lock you in to your starting positions as such, and allow you to pick any moves that Pokemon may know, or just the four?
