Has anyone ever played Pokemon Ash Gray? It's a fan-made ROM that follows the original story of the anime. You can even battle Mewtwo with his clones. :) I really recommend it, as it was a lot of fun to play!
Also, the developer keeps releasing updates, so new episodes get adapted into the game every now an then.

Oh, that sounds awesome. I haven't played very many ROM hacks, I might have to look into it. The only one that I have ever heard of is Dark Rising, I think it was called. I have always really enjoyed the story from the Pokemon manga. I wonder if there are any ROM hacks that follows that...

I had played it a couple years back, up to where it was completed at that time. I'd have to start over at this point, as I don't think I have that computer (or the file, to be honest) anymore. Sounds like it's updated quite a bit since then though! May have to give it another go.

West -- I feel like I HAVE seen some manga-related roms. The problem with the rom hacks is, so often the creators will get you hooked with a couple updates... and then they disappear and never finish. :( It's rare to find a hack that's actually COMPLETE.

I'm old fashioned and only play official games...
