If Pokemon ever came to Xbox One or Playstation 4, how awesome would that be?

Personally even if I had one of those consoles I don't think I would buy it don't get me wrong Pokemon is a fun game, but I usually only play it when I am waiting for Bart or something.

I think a Pokemon game on Playstation 4 and Xbox One could be really cool, but I doubt that we'll ever see it unless Nintendo completely stops making video game consoles. Pokemon is owned by Nintendo so the chances of a Pokemon game on a Sony or Microsoft console are about as likely as a Mario game on them.

However, it is totally possible that Nintendo could release a Pokemon game for the Wii U. That might actually be enough to make people buy the console.

It would be cool but it'll never happen. Pokemon is one of the most money making series for Nintendo so they would be extremely hesitant to send that to another platform. I mean you basically have to buy a Nintendo console to play a Pokemon game so why would they give that up?

Not possible on both, but possible on the Wii U. There was some footage of a Pokémon Colosseum style game with awsome graphics, that was shown at the last World Championship.

I think it's possible but I don't think anyone will make one. I think Pokemon is targeted more towards people who play on the go. On a handheld device mostly.

No. Pokemon shall never-ever come to any consoles not made by Nintendo. Nintendo had this awesome idea, and they should leave it on their fantastic consoles, for ever.

That would be amazing! But alas, Pokemon is made by Nintendo and unless the company goes bankrupt and sells the rights-no pokemon on PS4 or Xboxes

I really wouldn't like that, it'd probably be dlc ridden and crap. no thanks.

I think that when you play a pokemon game, it HAS to be on a handheld. I think that Pokemon is one of those games that you have to spend time gradually on it, rather than bomb through the entire storyline as quick as you can kind of game. On a handheld I find that you are more likely to grind and look the the details more carefully, which isn't the case with console games.

Well it depends on the game. I mean what else can you make of Pokemon really? But I thin if it was released on other consoles the sales would go up but I think Nintendo will lose a lot since it's one of their main sellers. But I think Pokemon games are for handheld devices only and not meant for consoles, except for Pokken.

I would be very disappointed if they published Pokemon games for the X-box or PS4. It wouldn't have the spirit that made the game popular, I'm not against it being on a non handheld system, but not those systems.

I wouldn't bet that it would be good, not unless the game is different. Pokemon games are the only games that I know of that actually works well with handheld consoles more than anything, it's like they're meant to be played on a those handheld consoles rather than those actual bulky ones.
