Possible Buying Glitch

    I am currently on my second run through, Hardcore difficulty, and am at the Theater station. At the bullet exchange, I can buy throwing knives for 0 bullets (!) and sell them back for 1 bullet.

    Infinite money.

    Anyone else experience this?

    That is not true on the latest version.

    Selling and buying knives at the Theater station both costs one MGR.

    Yeah, I tried it out now in Ranger Hardcore and to my disappointment, it didn't work :p

    Hauling equipment on Bandits level still works just fine, this single level nets the player a 1000~ MGRs.

    - Sell all rounds, knives, grenades and weapons except for one at the shop at the start of the level.
    - Loot bodies and pick up weapons.
    - Run back to the shop.
    - Sell everything.
    - Repeat until nothing is left.

    Or just prioritize the semi-auto pistols with telescopic sights, as they go for the most. It gets kind of tedious trucking ALL that gear around and makes me wonder both why the game won't let me sell both of my guns (seriously, I know best) or more importantly, why I can't grab one of the 3000 suitcases strewn throughout the level and dump a bunch of bandit kit in one.

    This was last night/early this morning on the 360 version. Maybe consoles received the patch at a different time?

    EDIT: Just fired it up and there was no update. I confirmed that I got the Walking Bank and Businessman cheevos at around 1am this morning, 5/22. I have to go to work so I won't be able to try to replicate it until tonight.

    It is a safe assumption that they did. If not, they will probably recieve all patches at once at the DLC release date.

    Basically. It's the equivalent of Farming/Grinding in a MMO. Except you earn something out of it.

    Depends. On Ranger. You will need to plan what weapon you are gonna get at the next trader station so you don't waste those MGR rounds. Things like buying weapons, only to find that said weapon with better upgrades on a random enemy/stash.

    The most expensive weapon would be the Perved with it's extensions. It's quite pricey.
