PP-19 Bizon vs. PP-2000

    If you could choose between either of these appearing in Metro 2033, which would you prefer? I'd have to go with the Bizon, it's magazine is awesome!

    Oh sweet science, YES, the Bizon!

    Fun fact: the StA-11 SMG is my favorite weapon in both Killzone 2 & 3. It's basically the Bizon's big brother ;)

    I like none of the two. I think that we need more "rough" guns,rather than Spec Ops weapons.
    I'd like to see more Ppsh-41 ,TT Tokarev,AKM and Makarov,rather than Bizon, Silenced pistols and so on.

    I like the Bizon, so I voted for that. But I wouldn't mind if they added the G36K to the game, no matter how much it disfits :D

    I voted for Bizon because I simply don't think machine pistols would survive in the metro. They're too complex, with all those tiny mechanisms, and might jam often. Topping my list for most wanted weapons would be the PPSh-41 and the Mosin, but the Mosin is kind of included in the Valve/Ventil.

    The weapons are both different uses and this pool is a bit biased, since both of them where meant for different things but i am on Darkbringers side since yes machine-pistols are complex and are hard to come by in the Metro.
    Besides Bizon kicks ass.

    I don't think PP-2000 exists in Metro timeline in any significant numbers if at all.

    The war in M2033 timeline broke out sometime between 2002 and 2013, while the PP-2000 began being issued in any significant numbers as late as 2008 ("Пистолет-пулемет ПП-2000 будет принят на вооружение российской армии", 26.02.2009).

    The PP-19 sounds plausible, but pistol calibers (9x18, 9x19) it's chambered in are seemingly absent in 2033 games (There's plenty of those in the books though). There are two unusable unidentifiable handguns in the VDNKh armory and one of the traders at the same station makes a joke about sidearms.

    I am a big fan of the Bizon. So totally voted for that. Hope it will be in the game, or appear in a metro-built version.
