PvE DPS priority for raiding

Just wondering what people's thoughts are on what ability priority list results in the best DPS for each class (I think the word "rotation" is a little outdated, since there are so many procs to worry about nowadays). Maybe we can compile a list for all the classes to help out players who are new to a certain class?

Since I've only played a frost mage in a raid setting, it would be interesting to see how the DPS priority compares to other classes in terms of complexity/difficulty. I'll start off with the priority I use as a frost mage.

- Keep Living Bomb up at all times.
- Use Frostbolt when there are no procs active (filler spell).
- On Brain Freeze proc: use Frostfire Bolt.
- On Fingers of Frost proc: use Ice Lance.

Cooldowns:
- Use Frozen Orb whenever it's not on cooldown (for Fingers of Frost procs).
- Use Mirror Image whenever it's not on cooldown (small DPS boost).
- Use Icy Veins as often as possible, but making sure it's ready when Time Warp/Bloodlust is used.
- Use Alter Time whenever there are two Fingers of Frost procs and a Brain Freeze proc active and 3-5 icicles up (preferably when Time Warp/Bloodlust and Icy Veins have been used as well).
- Use Presence of Mind to get in an extra Frostbolt whenever possible (sometimes I will use it to quickly drop a Rune of Power as well, but I think I'll try to drop that habit).

Of course, I try to stand in a Rune of Power all the time and have my pet doing damage as well. I use Frost Armor as my armor ability for the extra haste boost.

All in all, the priority I'm using is pretty straight-forward. From what I've seen I don't think any of the rotations in World of Warcraft are particularly complex, but feel free to prove me wrong Of course, feel free to point out how I can improve my DPS as well!
