As with most MMO games on the planet, Player Versus Player is often a mechanic that is included in the game. In fact, some MMO games are purely PvP.

With that said, how many of you are interested in the PvP element of MMO games? Why are you interested and are you interested in it through all of the games you play or are you more selective when it comes it? Which MMO games do you think your PvP skills shine in and why?

If you don't like PvP, what is it about PvP you do not like? Have you tried PvP more than once or twice? Which games have you tried PvP in?

I don't like PvP that much because just by having better internet connection you can win a fight. I prefer to kill monsters instead on most games.

I like the two types but my favorite is definitely PVP. I used to pvp all the time in WoW and would go to a raid 3-4 times every month. The pvp is way more unpredictable and fun to play in my opinion.

I enjoyed PVP more. I am very competitive and the feeling of beating an opponent who is across the world makes you feel better.

If PVP is an option, then I'll choose it nine times out of 10. Most games are better in their PVP modes compared to PVE, although that's not always the case.

I like a good mix of both similar to what destiny has done. Sometimes im in the mood to feel like Rambo as i go around mowing down the AI as if they are nobodies. And then other times I want the challenge of having those epic pvp battles that give an extra challenge to the game.

PvP. You can really show people your "skill" if you want to say. Also full loot PvP is the best, reign supreme over anyone. Been playing darkfall a lot because of it.

I like PvP, but I hate that they are ganging up on one character or camping outside some spawning areas or something.

I'm a PvP player. I just like the idea of proving I'm the best player in the game! Haha!

I don't mind PvE either! I find raiding fun, if done with a good group that is!

For MMO PvP I play Guild Wars 2 all the time because it's tons of fun and has elements that WoW's PvP doesn't offer. I can actively dodge attacks and strategize better than just pillar dancing or graveyard camping. EVE's PvP is amazing but the curve to into the game is very steep and I unfortunately never had the time to get into it, despite the fact that there's amazing battles. That being said, WoW's PvE end game raid experience is hard to top. Sure it's not super hard, but it's fun and that's all that matters.
