    These are some shots of DeltaRiley62's Ranger costume from Fan Expo in Toronto this past weekend

    That's really awesome that you two go to events, not only together but both as something from Metro.

    If I might make a suggestion, I think it would look very good if your son swiched to Olive Drab (Green) gear as it more closely resembles what the Rangers use. Also, I recommend a very heavy piece of body armor to go with it. Here is a picture of my WIP (but soon to be completed) cosplay:

    Nice job on the costume...I like the mask too, Riley normally makes his from scratch but got lazy and used his airsoft mask because it had a cooling fan and heat buildup is a b!tch during summer Cons



    you're right, olive drab would've been better but my old airforce flight suit is desert tan, didn't have the heart to dye it :)

    The colour balance on my Blackberry isn't good, IRL the tan appears much darker, but you're right, in general it looks too light (and could've used a bit more dirtying up, seems too clean for a guy roaming the tunnels, eh?)

    His Fallout rig was much better IMO but not my call ;)

    The REALLY fun part of the Con, was that when someone came up and mentioned Metro in regard to the outfit, we gave them a customized 7.62mm round as a souvenir

    If they were a fan, they got a HUGE grin, if they weren't, they looked scared

    We got the idea from a girl at Fan Expo last year who made Nuka Cola bottle caps as giveaways for anyone wearing Fallout gear (props to that insane woman for hand painting those caps, they are a work of ART...)
