Runecrafting - How to get 301 ??

    Hi All, I know this is possible... as people are clearly reaching 375 runecrafting. A quick forum search and I was not able to find this topic - so sorry if this exists. A quick Google, and I am told through many guides I can runecraft storm legion items at 290.... So here is whats happening to me. I am 300/375 runecraft. ALL my (non-grey) recipies require Storm Legion mats YET all Storm Legion items require 301 to obtain through runebreaking. So HOW is it done?? (yes I can BUY the mats on the AH, but SOMEONE had to pass this barrier at some point...... ) Thanks for the help in advance!

    I just went and looked at the Runecrafting GM in Meridian, and he had 2 recipes with 300 skill..neither of which involved any Storm Legion materials. "Infinite Essence" and "Kinetic Battery". I'd go with the Kinetic Battery myself. Yes, it uses several blue runecrafting powders/crystals, but you should have run across a bunch of outdated blue items to runebreak and get those mats from.

    You should also be able to do the Master Craftsman daily for a Mark, and then hit up the special recipe vendor, who has numerous recipes available for 1-2 master marks with 300 skill, and all of the recipes I looked at take old world ingredients

    I have the same problem. Except I am much lower level.​

    I am level 30 now and stuck at 300​

    I read about getting to the storm legion lands but don't know how to get there. I need to get to Tempest Bay. I sneaked my way to a portal marked on my map in Iron Pine Peak called Crucia's Temple but the portal masters there would not let me travel as I was ineligible​


    So how do I get to Tempest Bay​

    You don't need to go to Tempest Bay. If you take the Portal in IPP to Pelladane, there are trainers for all 3 gathering skills as well as Fishing and Survival. Head straight east from there, and you get to Tulan, which has trainers for all 6 production skills.

    If you're too low to use the portal in IPP, then you're going to need to cheat your way over...find a friend or a guildmate to use one of the various player-initiated teleports to get you over. Someone with a Tier3 planar attunement can summon you over while standing at the appropriate flavor of rift
