    Satanist Encounter? would u like to encounter satanists in metro last light. they live in the south eastern corner of the metro. and how would u like them to react?

    yes strelok i remember that from the book. that would be really interesting if they actually made that. for example u and khan are thrown in the ditch and u have to dig. then u need to escape while everybody is chasing u? that dould be an interesting twist.

    I actually know a few goths, and they're not all that different from us "normal" people. I was actually surprised, ha ha!

    Yes, this encounter would be amazing, they should definitely add some stuff like this. Or maybe a co-op mission escaping from the Satanists, like that guy in the book?

    I have the book, but have not finished it yet. I think that there are multiple types of satanists. There are the nonviolent, strictly religious satanists. These would pose little of a threat and the people there would most likely be participating in the satanists religion as a last resort, thinking that pleasing Satan will bring the world back to its previous state. Then there are the satanists who would participate in certain rituals, violent or not. The difference between these satanists and the next ones are their hostility towards outsiders and general mental sanity. The final, most dangerous type would be the satanists who are insane, mentally and physically diseased, and violent/hostile towards everything and everyone. The fortunate thing, though, is that they will probably lack proper combat training and weapons. Even the Bastard/Duplet would be sufficient to take care of these enemies. That's my take, at least. :)

    Maybe in Last Light they could use the story from the book that that guy tells and escaped by climbing into the cart of dirt or whatever.

    I'd love to see this. They could make this part so creepy, not with gore, but with pure weirdness. The metro feels so realistic that seeing all this occult stuff would be severely demoralizing.

    I would love to see this but only if it was not just all gory because thats just not scary or funny its just sick. Done right i can imagine it being very creepy and weird.

    i also agree with u guys. Gore doesnt give u that feeling of creepiness and just makes the game more bloody. Also, unlike CoD WaW, the human body doesnt just blow up when a shotgun hits it. Makes a mess but doesnt go into many pieces and mutilates it. :p just thought id bring that up.

    Aha they've proved shotguns do not blow body parts off, you just get lots of little holes where the shot have hit you.

    ^ Very interesting shotgun discussion, lol

    One thing that does bother me about Satanism in games is the use of actual occult imagery and designs. While this does make it more 'realistic', I don't think the occult is something to be trifled with. But we'll see I guess...

    Agreed! We should have both. Maybe DLC? We could have a final campaign (for the fans) which is 20 hours long.. Beautiful..
