Is anyone else experiencing this injustice!? I signed up on the very first day the beta was mentioned, months ago, and I have not received a key! Am I getting my panties in a knot too quickly?! Is there anything I can do to correct this, or something I must have done incorrectly to get skipped over?

No chances of getting picked for beta or slim to none most likely the reason you have not been chosen for beta is your reason wasn't good enough.

I've had some odd experiences too. For example Ingress: I signed up EARLY and never got the code. Then months later I reapplied and got the key in a matter of minutes... no idea what happened there.

I think Zenimaz are just handing out keys randomly. The timing of when you signed up probably doesn't factor into their decisions. If they cared about justifying anything, then they wouldn't be charging as much as they plan to for the game.

I don't think it's dependant on the time you've signed up either, beta tests are usually not a first come first serve thing, they just pick at random and send them out at waves. You might have a better chance of getting one if you've signed up on day one, but it's also possible that they haven't sent out a SINGLE key either, aside from review copies and promos here and there.

It's probably just your luck. I signed up for the beat rather late, and I already got my key.
They're probably just doing it randomly.

The funny thing is my friend sign up for beta right after me. I didn't get picked and he received his key today. The selection probably is random as I was signed up way before him.

Well, there's no set order as to who they give it to first, it's all by random choice I would assume.

I signed up pretty early and I didn't get a beta key. I agree with hydrlon that it's all random choice and that's most likely why you didn't get in.

I signed up late and got a key. Game sucks. Getting a key is completely random. Create another account or two on various emails and most likely you'll get one.

I signed up the day they started accepting entries and I never received a key. I am pretty disappointed I haven't had a chance to play the game, but at least it is coming out in a couple of months. I am a little bummed there is going to be a subscription fee though,

I signed up relatively early too, but still haven't heard anything. I don't think it's anything personal against you :p Zenimax don't have any obligatory right to hand out Beta keys, they just do on an inch by inch basis.

If you've been waiting for this long, I think it's safe to say you won't be getting that beta key, and will have to wait for TESO to be released.
