So why no offline training in Dust?

Is CCP doesn't like it anymore? It's okay to have a good advantages for playing more, but i've heard that there is a lot of skills, which will take time comparable with EVE's, BUT with constant time in game. Because as for me, and i think for a lot of others, offline training is the main reason why they were here for years, or for a decade... And many not even aware of it. Let's be honest: EVE is great, but not that great to PLAY it for 5-10 years. I've played a lot of games while i've trained skills in eve(although i'm not really need it anymore). I like STO very much... But as awesome those games are, i can't play them too long - months, year or two occasionally (and you can't just take a healthy break - you either play it, or you better to completely forget about it). Because i have a real life, and games conflicts with it. EVE is not, i can set a plan and switch the skills, read the news, and play it sometimes. So this makes EVE a clear winner in my life, overwise i wasn't played so long, it's could be another game for a year or so.

    DUST skills in 2 ways

You get SP by being active.
You also get SP passively while you are offline.

Not exactly sure what the algorythim is for the passive accumulation.

Also, I ONLY play EVE on the mmo level. Tried many others and not as interesting. Anyways, at my 2 year mark and have had very few breaks. No plans on stopping anytime soon
