    actually im not sure if this is the wrong place steve. this a form of media, it is just in the form of a question. he did post a picture of a rifle most of us haven't seen before.

    about the rifle, it may be the bolt action rifle. although that would be confusing as the bolt action has the magazine sticking out of the side, not the bottom.

    Hmmm. This would explain the blue magazine thing that reminded me of those blue shells we saw on the Uboinik in... some trailer. I forget which. I'd been considering that maybe it was a Saiga, but the long barrel kind of threw me off.

    Dosnt look like a Saiga to me, the shape is pretty dammed off to be one

    There's a stupid amount of modifications for this gun and it can look like anything from a small SMG to a light machine gun.

    It might have been Metro made. Also the cartridge looks like it is sticking out of the side. The long barrel might also suggest longer range so maybe a sniper rifle. I'm not too sure I don't know much about firearms.

    It's definitely a modified Saiga 12k, that's for sure. The design, the look, the ammunition. It all screams Saiga 12k.

    Exactly.

    Users have spoken! Saiga-12k it is. We'll see when the game is released, and you can say "I told you so" if it's a different gun.

    Most likely a modified Saiga. Remember that Last Light will allow us to modify guns. Might just be modified with a longer barrel?
