Starting New Chapter?

    Due to the fact that The Garden level will not load for me as it continues to freeze at the narrative loading screen time and time again after trying every possible fix, I suppose my best choice is to start again at the beginning of Red Square.

    So, my question is; does my current morality status in regards to morality points still remain intact and the same, or does it become completely neutral after I start a new chapter?
    I presume you start off with no weapons, or do you start off from whatever weapons you last had before starting a new chapter?
