Support tickets

    Has anyone ever had issues when putting a ticket in for this game? Sometimes it seems like the first person to pop in and answer a ticket only answers part of it. Then you reopen the same ticket to have the next person end up being a little snotty with you. Has this happened to others before too?

    Yea, maybe not to that extent, but I've never really felt that Blizz support tickets have been all that helpful. The "help" they give is almost always some generic "duh" statement that you've already tried to fix your problem with.

    If it's really bad, I'm pretty sure you can report the help devs, or give them a bad review or something.

    So far, of the 8 tickets I've made since 2005, 7 of them were responded professionally. The one ticket that wasn't was because the moderator failed to read my question and gave me a link to their support FAQ, which I had to tell 'him' that wasn't what I was asking.

    As for phone support system, so far, of the six times I had to call them, all six times were handled professionally and in a friendly manner. So no complaints there, besides occasionally waiting about 10-15 minutes to get a support service rep to talk to me.
