Survivalist's Vest - Backpack?

    The survivalist's vest item used to have a backpack attached to it? Has it been removed? The strap that used to hold it is still there, but there is no backpack. I do not have a cape showing.

    So I'm curious if it's something on my end, a bug, or a change made because of capes clipping. I usually wear this item around Summerfest, and I'm disappointed that it has no backpack. It's like not wearing a santa hat around Fae Yule - unacceptable.

    I assumed they removed the backpack because of clipping issues. I wish they hadn't. I don't wear capes with sleeveless tops, so it was a pointless removal as far as I'm concerned
