    One time I actually found a cluster of 19 diamonds, I thought it to be impossible, but apparently not. Anyone else have this occur?

    Yeah a few times. It's just getting lucky. Sometimes you just core big because I'm pretty sure it's randomized. That's an awesome haul though!

    Wow - I thought I was lucky with a cluster of 4 or 5 one time! I'm not if it was intentional, or just my luck, but since 1.7 I've also found more emerald around. Not necessarily larger clusters, just more clusters as I'm mining.

    Yeah it was a really awesome haul. It was found in one of those maps that I spawned and appeared right next to a ravine. I have heard that sometimes that happens when a map is double copied, so in other words it is a glitch. A glitch that will give you a heart attack with excitement!
