Darius isn't really that strong right now, at least I didn't see a lot of him in ranked but Mordekaiser and Skarner are top priority right now. They either get picked or banned 100% of the games, and I'm not even bullshitting.

This is a toss up between Garen and Morde (completely ignoring Skarner, even though he became overpowered after the Juggernaut patch). With Garen's new Villain aspect on his ultimate, he can delete most carries off the map while still being considerably tanky. Even laning against him is a nuisance since killing him ensures you become the villain and lose subsequent fights, and merely leaving him alone ensures he gets tanky enough that you lose subsequent fights.

Morde was in a powerful spot, too. The sustain that came from Morde and a Support rocking Relic Shield, along with his 2nd skill, was overwhelming. The damage on his third Q proc was also unbelievably strong. If you put Morde in a lane with an aggressive support like Naut or Leona, he would be able to easily snowball off the bottom lane. All this isn't adding the fact that he can summon an undead Dragon, which is a mighty beast in its own right.

Thankfully, hotfixes and patches are rolling out that are balancing the Juggernauts, but they can still be dangerously strong if played correctly.
