So I never actually played it, but I wanted to know is the community large on the server you play on?, are there a lot of dp’s at lower levels?, and the most important question is how is the economy for a new player?

You should give this a go for sure. I am sure you will love the combat system and the open world design. There is not much else to do besides these two though.

I am also thinking about giving Tera a try, but is that all it has to offer? A good combat system and a beautiful world? What about quests? Storyline? Trading? Is there any epic loot, and how hard is it to get it? Please provide us with more info!

The gameplay is awesome, but be prepared for a terrible mess of a storyline. The localization is great, but the meat of the plot and the pacing is just rushed. That said, I feel like Tera is a proof of concept for its style. While action MMO types have been around for a while, Tera really nails the open world action concept in feel and appearance.

Endgame gear is your standard fare for current MMOs. Grind the end game of the now or wait for drops. There's a cash shop as well, but it's far from pay to win. Terrible players won't do much better with a few extra potions and "dem epics".

As far as the combat system and the game world is concerned, it's epic. You won't get the similar combat system in any other MOORPG. But when it comes to story line, their isn't one. Don't expect too much from it as it's really grindy. hey make you do the same stuff repeatedly.

I have played a little bit of the game so far and it's quite fun I love the graphics, but for me the combat takes some time to get use to.

TERA is a revolutionary MMORPG game in my book. It is one of the games that has successfully strayed away from the turn based combat->block events into a realtime battle. The controls may take a bit to get used to, but once you're there, it's quite a bit of fun. Be aware though, the download itself is around 25GB plus updates and patches. I wouldn't suggest playing in a PvP server, rather a PvE server is better for testing the game out, unless of course, you want to get pummeled by level 60 players. The graphics are great; it's made using Unreal Engine 3, so that's why you can expect the file size to be large. Another thing, the open world concept is real. You can ride a mount outside of the map, climb up mountains and take screenshots of that, or even swim across islands to another location if you wanted to. It's all fun and games, but be prepared for some repetitiveness and grinding without party members or friends to play with.
