Look, I know Fallout 4 is going to have some bugs here and there because all Bethesda games do, but this is a game day purchase for most of us, right? We've been waiting so long!

Considering I bought Skyrim on launch day, maybe I will purchase Fallout 4 on launch day as well. I'm definitely not going to pre-order though, that seems pretty unnecessary since we have digital distribution.

If there's a "bonus" in there, maybe I'll opt for buying a physical copy. I liked Skyrim's map for example, it was a nice treat.

Nope, I'm going to wait a good six months to even a year to pick this game up. I'm well aware of Bethesda and how they have to release patches to fix bugs after days since its release. I have plenty of games to keep me busy until the time comes that I feel I can buy the game.

There is no doubt in my mind that it's going to be buggy on the launch day. And there is also no doubt that Bethesda will fix them. If they won't, the modding community certainly will. It's just a matter of time. So yes, it's a day 1 for me.

Nope. I'll let the bugs get worked out and the price to drop about 50% before I purchase this game. I also want to wait for the modders to do some work to the game to bring the graphics up to what I expect.

Skyrim took a while for it to start looking pretty because of all the crappy textures that were released with it. Modders took care of that but you have to have a beast of a computer and install a ton of mods to make it look that way.

You can find some vids on youtube on what Skyrim looks like fully modded out. Its amazing.

I simply want photo realistic gaming graphics is all.

Yeah, gonna wait for six months or so until most of the bugs are squashed, and more importantly, good mods exist.

... No, don't tempt me with buying it on launch day. You can see my wallet weeping. Nooooooo.

All games have bugs, no matter how many patches are released. It's stupid to wait months for bugs to be wiped out because hundreds of them will still exist. You guys will be missing out, and we'll all be making fun of you. <3

I probably won't have the money to buy it on launch day. I'll read reviews, and if it comes even close to the hype I'll get it within the month, if not I'll wait till it comes down in price by a bit.

I doubt I will be able to run it on my surface pro 3. I'm debating on should I purchase a ps4 or Xbox one. All I know is I want that pipboy!

I'm definitely going to buy it either at day 1, or pre-order. I'm probably going to pre-order the game, since I'm going to buy it anyway, and if I pre-order it I can pre-load it and play it instantly without having to wait for the download to finish. However, I really hope we get some bonus for pre-ordering. New Vegas had some bad pre-order bonuses - an armor and a shotgun at the start of a game. I want bonuses like probably the whole season pass, as in, all the DLCs that come out.

That's the biggest flaw of the Surface Pro 3. The GPU is nothing special, at least for real gaming. Hopefully that changes with the rumored Surface Pro 4.

Oh yes. If we could have preordered the collectors edition we would have. My husband and I may even opt to wait in like for it if there's a midnight release.

I'll probably get it on launch day, if not beforehand. I dunno, I've been tempted to wait a little longer, after reading this post haha

I'm actually looking forward to pre-ordering it, mostly because I primarily buy games digitally. (But the PS Store isn't even offering pre-orders so...) Not because of any bonuses, I just want to pre-load and not go through the hell of downloading a game after release.

Nope! I'm of the mindset that, I waited this long I can wait a little longer. I'll wait until it's been patched, and THEN buy it.

I`m not really sure. Part of me wants to buy at launch day, but the other part cautions me about major bugs and issues that most Bethesda games had at launch. But I think I`m too hyped to not buy it first day, anyway, so. :D

Absolutely! I waited in line at midnight when Fallout New Vegas was released. I don't think I will do anything quite so crazy this year for Fallout 4, but I am definitely getting it on launch day. I plan to take a couple of days off work as well. There's nothing like a Fallout vacation day.

If it is a launch day purchase I will be all over that, hopefully they will have a midnight launch at Gamestop, that should be a blast.
